On June 24, a conference gathering leading enterprises in the construction industry of the "the Belt and Road" was successfully held inDara Sakor of Cambodia, aiming to jointly discuss how to promote the "Going Global" of Chinese construction standards, how to establish industry benchmarks, and how to provide strong support for "Going Global" enterprises, promote the overseas construction industry to move towards a standardized and healthy development track, and contribute new strength to the "the Belt and Road" going deep and solid.

The "the Belt and Road" construction forum was jointly participated by the Construction Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, its member units, the Greater Bay Area Entrepreneur Union,Coastal City Development Group Co., Ltd. and many other well-known enterprises and institutions.

As a coastal emerging city of the "the Belt and Road",Dara Sakor, with its unique geographical location and resource advantages, is becoming an important force to promote regional and even global economic development in the context of economic globalization and regional integration. Throughout the entire planning and development process of Dara Sakor, it has always adhered to ecological priority and green development as our guiding principle, creating buildings and landscapes that match the land according to local conditions, and seeking the synergy between nature and architecture. With its forward-looking planning and excellent urban concept, Dara Sakor has been included in the "Private Construction Enterprises Participating in the Joint Construction of the Belt and Road " project of the construction industry branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade in 2019, which has provided valuable practical experience for further promoting Chinese enterprises to go abroad.

At the meeting, Ms. Li Xia, Chief Economist of the Environment, Arts, Culture and Tourism Industry Committee, emphasized the unique position ofDara Sakor project. She pointed out that Dara Sakorcovers a vast area of 360 square kilometers of land and an extended coastline. It is not only a super city building project on the "the Belt and Road", but also has the ability to carry Chinese standards overseas. Years of development has accumulated rich experience in the construction of the "the Belt and Road" for Dara Sakor, and also demonstrated their firm determination to deepen international cooperation and expand common space. The Environmental Arts and Cultural Tourism Industry Committee hopes to find more opportunities for cooperation on this platform through on-site inspections and symposiums, and organize member units and expert groups to jointly create a new situation of mutual benefit and win-win.

Mr. Liao Zhibin, the leader of the Greater Bay Area entrepreneur team who visited this time, stated that ShenzhenUAD Company is the first enterprise in the Greater Bay Area to enter and settle in Dara Sakor. It has successfully introduced Chinese building standards into Dara Sakor, marking the benchmark display of Chinese building standards in Dara Sakor and would radiate throughout Cambodia. In order to jointly explore and invest in overseas markets, systematically leverage resource integration capabilities, explore and construct new investment attraction models, attract more enterprises to enter the park, and drive upstream and downstream industries, UAD has invited three enterprises involved in the electronic technology, electromechanical, and retail industries to establish strategic cooperation relationships and jointly participated in promoting the landing and construction of Dara Sakor "One-Stop" comprehensive service park.

The "One-Stop" comprehensive service park ofDara Sakor is organized, planned, designed, and invested by DS Company, with a total construction area of nearly 20000 square meters. It is a comprehensive project that integrates office, conference, commercial, procurement, exhibition, catering, and retail. It provides administrative management assistance, landing resource guarantee, design and construction guarantee, and other "One-Stop" services for investors, entrepreneurs, and property buyers entering Dara Sakor for one year, to implement a practical and effective transition and incubation platform, reduce operating costs, and solve future concerns.

As the host, Mr. Li Mengchen fromCoastal City Development Group first welcomed the arrival of the Construction Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, member enterprises, and entrepreneurs from the Greater Bay Area. He believes that as one of the earliest "Going Global" enterprises in China, Coastal City has always carried the ideals of Chinese construction practitioners, and the company will be committed to enhancing the status and influence of Chinese construction standards in the Cambodian construction industry. After listening to the content ofDara Sakor urban planning, construction progress, and the implementation of Dara Sakor urban architectural design technical guidelines (trial version), the attending guests unanimously expressed that the  Dara Sakor city area has unique core resources integrating mountains, seas, rivers, lakes, bays, and islands, as well as hardware conditions for the integration of airport, tourism, industry and city. It also has completed mechanism integration and software infrastructure conditions for system integration standards. The city level volume of Dara Sakor can not only open up new overseas markets for domestic construction capacity, but also effectively promote the implementation of Chinese architectural design standards and construction standards. The "One-Stop" comprehensive service park has a exemplary project as a miniature version of Chinese building standards, and has a positive significance in promoting Chinese technology, Chinese standards, Chinese products, Chinese building materials, and other aspects while demonstrating its effectiveness.

Subsequently, Ms. Li Xia, Chief Economist of the Environmental Arts and Cultural Tourism Industry Committee, issued a membership certificate to Mr. Li Mengchen,Chairman of Coastal City Development Group, marking that Coastal City has officially become a member unit of the China Construction and Promotion of International Trade.
