Project introduction: The project is located in Tianyang District, Baise City, west of the intersection of Jinshi Road and Naguang 1st Road. The north side of the plot is Naguang 1st Road, and the south side is the planning road. The planned area of the project is 64846.66 square meters. There are six 22-storey high-rise residential buildings, one 8-storey residential building and thirteen multi-storey residential buildings in the plot, with a total construction area of 17,1274.22 square meters.
The design concept of "group large garden" is introduced in the scheme, and each block creates its own central large garden. Through staggered layout and enclosure of buildings, the buildings and group large garden penetrate into each other's green landscape, and the natural landscape is combined with indoor landscape to make the buildings have spirituality. And further use of modern materials to simplify performance, strong vertical lines, not only shows the building tall and upright atmosphere, three-stage classic facade treatment techniques, so that the building has changes and agility, reflecting the new era of Baise City, new culture, new weather.
