Project description: The project is located at the intersection of Wentan Road and Wangtsui Road, Meisha District, Yantian District, Shenzhen, with a land scale of 2726 square meters, a total construction area of 8473 square meters, 7 floors above ground and 2 underground floors, integrating professional rock climbing and sports rehabilitation functions. The project advocates the concept of city-friendly and people-centered design. In the design, the reasonable layout combined with the topographical conditions of the site extends the shared open public space on the first floor back along the street to the partially open underground courtyard, contributing a wide and varied three-dimensional open public space for the city and reducing the sense of pressure brought by the huge building volume to the neighborhood.
