Project introduction: The project is located at the intersection of Chuangye Street (No. 6) and Yiju Road (No. 12, Section A) in Yazhouwan Science and Technology City, Sanya. It is a long strip of land with four parallel sides. The strip is the Sanya Project of Hainan Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The land area of this construction plot is 8464.68 square meters, and the total construction area is 26667.25 square meters. The building has 8 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, and the building height is 46.9 meters. It is planned to deploy three centers and eight platforms, including deep processing research and development and product market transformation center, scientific and technological achievements information and display center, and achievement evaluation and trading center, with a total investment of 317 million yuan.
The design uses a semi-enclosed courtyard layout to create an "introverted" semi-enclosed space with a sense of belonging for the users. The yard is spread out from north to south and connected with the plot of the proposed pig precision breeding and model research and development center. The facade adopts a unified "L" and "U" shaped line system to establish the structural tone and style of the buildings in the city.
